What I found most valuable about the course was how practical and clinically useful it was. Neil has a very high level of skill and experience, along with a very pragmatic, hands-on approach to teaching that made the material easy to understand and apply in practice. I especially enjoyed revisiting a number of orthopaedic tests that are still extremely relevant in day-to-day patient care, along with the precision and detail of the extremity techniques being taught. It was the kind of course where you come away with things you can genuinely use in clinic on Monday morning.

Even after over 25 years in practice, I found the course to be an excellent refresher and a great opportunity to refine assessment and treatment approaches for extremity conditions. Neil  created a really positive learning environment with great camaraderie throughout the group, which made the weekend both enjoyable and professionally rewarding. I would definitely recommend the course to other Chiropractors and manual therapists. Whether you are experienced and looking to sharpen your skills or new to extremity work, there is a lot of practical value in this course.

What I found most valuable about the course was the opportunity to learn a variety of hands-on treatment methods for managing different pathologies of the body. I have applied many of these techniques in practice, and they have led to excellent patient outcomes.
